Dholera Discovery
The six Town Planning schemes
Dholera SIR is divided into six Town Planning scheme families, each split into sub-schemes by the Town Planning Officer. This page lists every scheme and every sub-scheme, with the area published for it and the gazette notification, where one was located and read.

Do you know which scheme you are in?
Most people do not, and that is completely fine. Pick what you do know — including nothing at all. It only improves the conversation; it is never a condition of getting in touch.

sub-schemes in total
11
notifications located and read in full
2
notification located, wording not read
Total area under the six schemes: 42,146.56 hectares (421.47 km²). This is the sum of the 27 published sub-scheme areas. It is not the area of the region, which is about 920 sq km.
What the statuses mean
- Notification read
- A gazette notification for that sub-scheme was located and read in full. It sanctions a Preliminary scheme.
- Located, wording not read
- A notification document exists, but it is a scan with no readable text. Its wording has not been read, so nothing from it is asserted here.
- No notification located
- No notification for that sub-scheme was located in the reviewed source set. That is a statement about the documents reviewed — it is not a statement that no notification exists.
Notification references shown here reflect documents identified in our reviewed source set. This page is an informational reference and is not a substitute for official planning or legal verification.
Before you rely on any of this
- The sheet prints an area for each of the 27 sub-schemes. The per-scheme areas and the total are the sum of those printed areas; the sheet prints neither.
- A notification reference means a notification was located and read in full in the reviewed source set. It is not a statement that no other notification exists.
- Every notification read sanctions a PRELIMINARY scheme. No final-scheme sanction notification was located for any scheme.
- TP 2/A's sanction is expressly conditioned on the outcome of PIL No. 227/2014 in the Gujarat High Court.
- The relative position of the schemes is published only on DSIRDA plan sheets that may not be reproduced, so no arrangement is shown anywhere on this site.
Your requirement
Tell us what you need, and where
If you selected a scheme above it is already attached to your message. If not, send what you know — everything is optional, and we will ask for the rest.
Only the essentials are needed to start. Everything is optional — you can send what you have and we will ask for the rest.
If your project includes workforce, we draw from an active shared-resource pool of approximately 10,000 skilled and semi-skilled workers, including machinery operators, arranged through shared third-party networks. Skills, location, deployment timelines and availability are confirmed against each requirement.
