The short answer

This site uses one kind of storage that it always needs, and three kinds that only work if you say yes. If you say no to all three, nothing on the site stops working. You can still read every page and still reach us on WhatsApp or by phone.

Nothing is set before you make a choice. The default is no.

Cookies and browser storage, in plain words

A cookie is a small file that a website asks your browser to keep, so the website can remember something on your next visit. Browser storage works the same way without the file: the website keeps a small value in your browser instead. On this site the two are used for the same job, and both stay on your device.

Nothing we store is used to follow you around the internet. We do not use device fingerprinting, hidden identifiers, canvas or audio probing, and we do not track you across other sites.

What is always on

Strictly necessary storage is the small amount that the site cannot work without. On this site it means one thing: a note of the choice you made, so the site can remember it and stop asking you on every visit.

That note holds:

• which categories you allowed, which you refused, and which you changed later
• the date and time of your decision
• the version of the notice you were shown

It contains no information about you, and it is never sent to us or to any other company. It stays in your browser, on your device. You cannot switch it off, because without it the site would ask you the same question again on every page.

Analytics and advertising scripts are not loaded at all until you allow them. Google tags are set to refuse by default, so if you refuse, they do nothing. The Meta Pixel is blocked outright until advertising consent is given.

What these categories never receive

No name. No phone number. No email address. No street address. No exact location. No document details. No enquiry message content. If you send us a WhatsApp message, that message goes to WhatsApp, not to Google or Meta.

How to change your choice

Use the "Cookie preferences" button in the footer of every page. It reopens the same panel you saw on your first visit. You can accept everything, reject everything except the necessary storage, or switch individual categories on and off.

Your change takes effect immediately. You do not need to reload the page, and you do not need to ask us.

You can also clear this site's storage in your browser settings. That removes the record of your choice, and the site will ask you again on your next visit.

If you block storage in your browser settings altogether, the site still works. It simply asks you to make a choice again each time you visit.

If you reject everything

Every page, every division and every enquiry route on this site works with analytics and advertising switched off. The only thing you lose is our ability to count you in website statistics and to measure whether our advertising works. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting, and we will never make it harder.
