Top Dholera is a Dholera business serving the industrial and construction needs of projects in the Special Investment Region and the surrounding Ahmedabad district. We are not a marketplace with a thousand listings and we do not pretend to be one.
We work across five areas: land, heavy machinery, construction equipment, construction materials and workforce. The common thread is that a project needs several of them at once, and dealing with five separate vendors is where projects go wrong.
So the work here is coordination as much as supply. When you ask us for a machine, a mix and a crew, you get one conversation and one answer that covers all three. When you ask us for land, you get the parcel, its documents and what we could not verify, stated together.
The business is built on Dholera ground, which means the region is our operating experience and not a research topic. We know which parts of the SIR have utilities reaching them, which roads are open for construction traffic, and where the monsoon changes the working day.
How it fits together
Five divisions, one sequence
A project is not five separate purchases. It is a sequence, and each stage depends on the one before it being right.

How we work
We source, coordinate and confirm
Top Dholera is a sourcing and resource-coordination business. We do not hold a fleet or a warehouse. We know the suppliers and the workforce networks that can serve a Dholera project, and we arrange the right resource against your requirement, location and dates.
What we confirm before you commit
- That the specific machine, material or crew can actually be arranged
- Location, plot size, land use and the documents behind a parcel
- Which approvals exist, which body issued them, and what is still unverified
- The supply route, the minimum quantity and the delivery position
- Who is supplying the labour and who supervises on site
What we will not claim
- Investment returns, appreciation, or a guaranteed price on any parcel
- Development approval or clear title we have not seen a document for
- A fleet size or a stock count we cannot evidence
- That the workers we arrange are employees of Bharat & Bina Traders
- That the workforce pool can be mobilised at short notice, or that it covers every location we work in
- That infrastructure is open when it is still under construction
- Any affiliation with the Dholera authorities beyond sourcing resources
The cheapest thing we can do for a contractor who has been let down once is to say plainly what we do not know yet. It costs us a smaller first message and saves them a wasted site visit.
