Top Dholera is built around a simple belief: service does not end with a uniform.
After serving the nation in the Indian Army, Subedar Major Dr. Bharat Kumar Pandey brings that spirit of discipline, responsibility and public service into his next chapter.
Through Bharat & Bina Traders, he is building Top Dholera — a resource sourcing and coordination business focused on helping people and organisations meet their land, machinery, equipment, material and workforce requirements.

Top Dholera sources and coordinates through its supplier and workforce network against a stated requirement. It does not hold a fleet or a warehouse.

Why it exists
Why Top Dholera was established
Top Dholera is being built by Subedar Major Dr. Bharat Kumar Pandey through Bharat & Bina Traders, the legal entity that owns and operates the brand.
The reason it exists is in the sentence the business was founded on: service does not end with a uniform. The next chapter applies that discipline, responsibility and public service to helping people and organisations meet requirements they cannot easily meet alone.
What it is: a resource sourcing and coordination business. It arranges land, heavy machinery, construction equipment, construction materials and workforce through its supplier and workforce network against a stated requirement, subject to availability.
What it is not: an owner of stock, a listings portal, or a claim the business cannot evidence. The five divisions below are the whole of it.

These are the five areas the business works in. A project usually needs several of them at once, which is the reason one business coordinates them.

Land is brokered, not held by us. We introduce the opportunity, share the documentation as the holder provides it, and confirm the terms in writing before any commitment.

Heavy Machinery
We do not hold a fleet. Machines are sourced on demand from our supplier network and confirmed against your requirement, location and dates.

Construction Equipment
We do not run our own plant. Equipment is sourced on demand from our supplier network and confirmed against your requirement, site and dates, subject to supplier availability.

Construction Materials
We do not hold material stock. Cement, steel and aggregates are sourced from mills and suppliers against your requirement, subject to their availability, and the supply route is stated for every order.

Workforce Solutions
Workforce resources are coordinated through shared third-party networks. Skills, location, deployment timelines and availability are confirmed against each requirement. These workers are not employees of Bharat & Bina Traders.
